These terms and conditions apply to everything you buy or download from Rewire Your Reality, including the Holiday Calm Meditation MP3, the Holiday Abundance Meditation MP3 and the Holiday Serenity Kit for Moms. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All of our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped to you. After your order is complete, you receive access to your audio files and other materials through a link to a Google Drive folder. The link appears on your order confirmation page, and for some products it is also sent to the email address you used at checkout.
You are responsible for giving us a correct email address and for having a device and internet connection that can open and play the files. If you have trouble opening a folder, contact us and we will help you get access.
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not see or store your full card details. We may change our prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order you have already placed.
Because our products are digital downloads that you can access right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please read the product description carefully before you order. If something is wrong with your download, such as a broken link or a file that will not play, contact us and we will fix it.
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to it and use it for yourself. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish or distribute our audio files, guides, journals, cards or any other materials, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the property of Rewire Your Reality.
Our meditation and tapping materials are designed for relaxation and personal wellbeing. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or other care.
Do not listen to our audio while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you have a medical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether these materials are right for you, speak to a qualified professional first. Stop listening if you feel unwell. Everyone responds differently, and we cannot promise any particular result.
The Holiday Abundance Meditation is a guided meditation designed to help you focus on abundance. We do not promise or guarantee any financial result, income or other outcome from using it. Your results depend on many things outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewire Your Reality is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms that applied when you placed your order continue to apply to that order.
If you have any questions about these terms or your order, email us at sylvia@rewireyourreality.com.
